Seraphic Mass Association

Seraphic Mass Association (SMA) was in the beginning stages of the project of redoing their online ecommerce website when they had to move on from their current agency. Stalled with some wireframes and design direction, they turned to Lava to take what they had already invested in and create something that would drive most of their sales and services. The results were so successful, Lava was proud to have been entrusted to redevelop the entire website from the ground up.

Project Highlights

  • Online greeting card maker

  • E-Commerce for digital and physical products

  • Membership accounts

  • Custom donations

  • Complete UI / UX overhaul

  • Integration into proprietary CRM and fulfillment system

One of the website's standout features is its online card configurator. Here, users can craft personalized greeting cards (both digital and physical) to accompany mass intentions. What sets this apart is its adaptability on both desktop and mobile devices, providing a consistent and user-friendly experience across platforms. Additionally, users have a multitude of mass occasions to select from, enriching their customization options and allowing for the creation of truly unique and meaningful cards.

Behind the scenes, the website seamlessly integrates into a proprietary Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and fulfillment system, ensuring efficient data management and order processing for users. Whether visitors are purchasing e-cards, making donations, or customizing physical greeting cards, SMA's e-commerce solution offers a secure and user-friendly transaction process that caters to diverse needs and preferences.

Throughout the process Tom, Dave and Ed approached every challenge positively and constructively. The unique visual features of the site required imaginative technical solutions which exceeded our expectations. Integrating the site with a complex accounting and fulfillment system required thoroughness and persistence. All of our goals were achieved. The site results speak for themselves and our ongoing relationship remains productive and rewarding.
