Thermo Fisher Scientific needed an application that supports its sales force while standing out among the competition. The application allows customers to add optional accessories to five of Thermo's products. Once the product is customized, results can be e-mailed or faxed directly to the sales representatives. To maximize usability, Lava New Media built the application for both CD-ROM and the Web.
