Remote DBA Experts have chosen Lava New Media to develop a self-service database monitoring system within their current Web site structure. This application will allow users to purchase remote monitoring services as well as customize individual checks for any database system that they use. Using an online dashboard, users will be able to gather data, view reports and change monitoring settings to their own databases as well as receive alerts for any changes or problems with their systems. Lava New Media will develop a streamlined process to help users of differing skill sets manage these settings themselves.

Lava New Media has been selected by Saint Francis University to be the technology lead on the redevelopment of its entire Web site. Working in conjunction with a regional marketing firm, Lava New Media will implement and customize the Ektron CMS400.NET Content Management System. The site will feature new and more efficient ways of reaching out to current and potential students and alumni including course catalogs, student profiles and much more. Lava New Media will utilize Ektron’s Taxonomy to allow content to be smartly presented to the visitor based on his or her interests.

With Lava New Media as their long-term partner, Sceneopolis plans to expand into other cities throughout Canada and the Unites States.

Lava New Media, LLC has been selected by global investment firm, ING to develop several new online communities for its customers. Lava New Media will be the development and technology partner in creating Web sites for ING retirees as well as a series of ING participant Web sites that will be modeled across many different states. Each Web site will be controlled and managed by ING via Lava New Media’s Content Management System and will include features such as message boards, user memberships, social media and real-time market watch/news integration.

Lava New Media is responsible for the design and layout as well as aiding in the coding and development for each element of the application.
